Jefferson Beach Estates is a small community on the northeast side of the Kitsap Peninsula. Founded in 1969, Jefferson Beach Estates Community, Inc. is registered with the state as a not-for-profit homeowner’s association.

The primary charter of the JBE HOA is to manage the Common Area. This includes a quarter mile of shoreline and a two-acre park with a playground and community center.
