We have a new sports equipment tote located on the side of the community building (facing the court), that contains a portable net, paddles and pickleballs for your use! The padlock opens with your beach gate key. Thank you for returning the items and locking them back up after your game. Many thanks to the generous JBE members who donated the equipment.

It was another fun and festive egg hunt, with beautiful weather! A special thank you to Cody Robles for her excellent work planning and organizing the event once again, along with Egg Hunt Coordinators Kathy Ellison, Raquel Karstens and Heidi Spiess. Dawn and Corey Hunter and their family (“Team Bunny”) brought the Easter Bunny complete with his own photo booth, providing great photo opportunities and handing out treats! Jason Robles, Ty Robles, Rose Robles, and Brian Stevens helped out before, during and after the event. Thank you all for your generosity and we hope to see you there next year. It is estimated that this was the “45th Annual” JBE Egg Hunt and we look forward to continuing the tradition!

Under the Members menu of this website, JBE members can register to join the Community Forum. It provides a secure place to share ideas and discuss issues with other JBE members and the board of directors.

The 2026 board of directors includes three new members: John Heuerman, David Karstens, and Kevin Kelsey. They began serving in January. 

At the December 10 regular meeting, officers were elected. Karen Nordstrom will serve as president, Teresa Scott as vice president, and David Karstens as secretary.
