Both the park and beach are private properties owned by JBE. In the bylaws these are referred to as the Common Area. They are available to use by JBE members and their accompanied guests.
Either fill out the online form under the For Members menu (you’ll need to log in to do this) or send an email to the board at board@jeffersonbeach.org. Per the bylaws your account must be at a $0 balance to be eligible for a key.
Dawn to dusk. Generally, this means 7:00 am to 5:00 pm in cold weather months, and 5:00 am to 9:00 pm in warm weather months.
Yes, and these are posted on signs at the park and the beach, and available as a PDF on the Governance Documents page.
To ensure security and safety, and to prevent accident claims against our insurance policy, it’s important to restrict visitation to JBE members and their accompanied guests.
Yes, if you’re a JBE resident, your event is not for business reasons, and your account is at a $0 balance. Either fill out the reservation form under the For Members menu (you’ll need to log in to do this) or email your request to board@jeffersonbeach.org
Yes, if you’re a JBE resident. There is no need to officially reserve space in the park, but if you’re planning an event please send an email to board@jeffersonbeach.org with the date and a brief description just so we’re aware of it.

Call 911. The park address is 12555 NE Marine View Dr. You may also inform the board by sending an email to board@jeffersonbeach.org. Let us know the date and time when you observed the activity so we can check the security camera videos.
JBE owns about ¼ mile of beachfront, most of which is on the west side of the pier.
