Invoices for 2025 annual dues have been mailed. Each property owner is assessed $150 per year, per lot. Payment is due by February 15, 2025.

Per JBE Bylaws, if payment is not received within 30 days of the due date, a member’s account is considered delinquent. A delinquent account is subject to interest charges at the rate of 1% per month. After two years of delinquency, a lien may be filed against a member’s property and the member may be charged a fee to cover what the  Kitsap County Auditor’s Office charges to file a lien.
