Residents should contact the board to:

• Ask a question about your annual dues balance.
• Report something at the beach or park that needs attention. 
• Suggest an improvement to the park or beach.
• Apply for a position on the board.
• Add your name to the volunteer list.

Please note that the board’s only responsibility is to manage the Common Area, primarily the park and beach. The board has no authority for other issues such as roads, pets, and how residents use their property.
